Path to Purpose Competencies

While collaborating as volunteer and working alongside Pastor Duncan on social justice and racial equality contributed to my awareness to the time and impact implications of our actions 

Learning from guests lectures, working with community and P2P training sessions I have embraced and improved my collaboration skills and approaches 

The knowledge and experience acquired during the year have consolidated my understanding of the intersections and potential of collaboration 

Over the last year I have come to learn that what we often see as problems or issues are in reality symptoms of a system, which can and should be addressed both from a system approach and direct response

With P2P team, fellows, and community leaders which support and encourage me to put myself at the service of the Gaineville community 

Never before have I felt so empowered and encouraged to reach out to community partners, listen to them and agree on the efforts we can put in place to push for social change
